StaffLink’s needs for in-home caregivers change 2-3 times weekly because of new referrals, client’s being covered, and clients going in and out of the hospital and rehab centers.

We need caregivers for clients in St. Louis City, County, St. Charles and Jefferson Counties.

Here are SOME HIGHLIGHTED current openings (NOT all inclusive!!!):


*Maryland Heights, MO has 12 & 8 shifts open private duty.   Pay is $17-$18 hrly.

  • M-T, 7p to 7a (12 hr overnight)
  • F-Su, 7a-7p, (days-36 hrs; must take all 3 days)
  • Sa-Su,11p-7a (8 hr overnight)

*Florissant, MO has 8-10-12 hrs shifts open for current L1MAs w/current CPR for one-on-one client. Pay is $18 hrly.

  • M, W, F – 8a to 6p (10 hr days)
  • M,W, F-11p to 8a (9 hrs-overnight)
  • T, Th 8p to 8a (12 hrs-overnight)
  • Su (EO) 8a to 8p (12 hr)
  • Sa-Su (EO) 8p-8a(12 hr)
  • Sa-Su (EO) 4p-12m & 12m-8a

*Lake St. Louis, MO (in St. Charles County) has 8 hrs shifts for current L1MAsw/CPR. The client lives with his parents, along with3 dogs/2 pet birds. Pay is $19 hrly.

  • T, Th, Sa, Su from 8am to 4pm.

*Bellefontaine Neighbors, MO has a need for Friday evening (3p-8p) and Sat (10a to 6p). $17 hrly.

*Overland, MO has 3 hr shifts late afternoon/early evenings. Must love dogs! M, W, F - 3:30p to 6:30p. $17 hrly.


The below St. Louis City clients have services from 3-5 hrs per day.  Pay is $17 hrly.

*STL City 63111(So City) Has 3.5 hr per day

*STL City 63113 (No City)

*STL City 63116 (So City) Has 4 hr shifts Su-Sat (7 days a wk-Will split with2 workers)

*STL City 63118 (So City)


We need reliable, compassionate and honest staff to start IMMEDIATELY.

All candidates must-

*Have a TOTALLY CLEAN criminal record

*Pass a drug screen/test

*Own your OWN car to get to and from work

*Two (2) references from past legit employers that we can call landlines of the business.

It is not required for most payer sources, but our candidates will be asked to have documentation of high school graduation diploma or transcripts or GED documentation.  Again, it is not required for most payer sources, but it is a plus for candidates that have a current CPR and First Aid documentation from the American Red Cross or Heart Association.  Requirements for candidates and pay vary based on payer source.
