StaffLink is Hiring a Service Coordinator

StaffLink is experiencing growth. Due to our growth StaffLink is advertising and interviewing candidates for the position of Service Coordinator. We are seeking an administrative person to recruit, hire and schedule nursing and home health personnel.

The job is full-time with benefits. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:00 pm.

Candidate must have a terrific phone voice and above average computer experience.

Looking for someone who is driven and goal oriented.

We are considering persons with various professional backgrounds, including the following:

• CNAs or persons with Level 1 caregiving experience
• Persons with recruiting experience in any industry
• Person with a social service background
• Persons with customer service experience
• Persons with business background
• It would be a bonus to hire someone who has experience as a Staffing Coordinator or recruiter. It would be a double bonus to hire someone who has hands-on caregiving experience Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), Direct Support Professional (DSP), or as a PAID Caregiver for an Agency.

We are looking for someone who is willing to work additional shifts on clients as needed. Those shifts may be evening, overnight or weeknights. You would rarely, if ever, be scheduled overtime.

Candidate must have a TOTALLY clean criminal record history. Must be able pass a drug and alcohol screening. And must have your own reliable car to get back and forth to work at the office and at clients homes when required.

On a daily basis you will do the following:

• Answer phones
• Call applicants and encourage them to complete on–line application quickly
• Interview applicants by phone or in person
• Run background checks-references, criminal history, etc
• Talk to current and potential clients
• Address scheduling and personnel problems with clients and caregivers
• Schedule current and new workers to open clients and shifts
• Conduct staff orientations about policies and client requirements.
