StaffLink’s President, Gretchen Curry, Continues as Member of the St. Louis Women Presidents’ Organization in 2021

Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO) is a CEO roundtable for women business owners. Gretchen Curry has been a member of this chapter since January 2000. In order to be a member of WPO a service business must have $1 million in revenue and a product business must have $2 million in revenue.

StaffLink is the only St. Louis home care and medical staffing firm that is a member of this WPO chapter. There are two chapters in St. Louis and Ms. Curry is a member of Chapter One (1).

The chapter(s) meets every month to discuss business and individual issues put on the roundtable by members for discussion. Since March of 2020 the roundtable has continued to meet via Zoom. During the pandemic, Ms. Curry has found the resources and information shared in the meetings to be invaluable assisting StaffLink to not only survive the pandemic, but to thrive during it. The monthly meetings helped Ms. Curry to re-focus and re-direct her business agenda for 2020 and 2021.

The other nine (9) current members include owners of the following businesses: a multi-location spa, commercial roofing company, public relations company, financial services firm, law firm, conference planning firm, excavating company, and a multi-location realtor firm.

The pandemic will be a factor in business as 2021 progresses. Ms. Curry expects that 2021 will be a demanding year and is very thankful to have a sounding board of wise, smart, savvy, and resourceful women business owners to support and encourage her.
